Here
we are getting ready for the 2007 racing series having just closed out the
2006 season with a strong finish.
The last five races resulted in four final round appearances,
a four round quarter final finish; we won the last two races of the year
winning 25 of our last 28 rounds of racing.
After a great start to this year we
experienced some parts breakage with a torque converter going bad only 30
runs after having it completely rebuilt – We made a change and now have a
great piece made by Continental Converters in there and it’s working great.
Then we hurt the
motor blowing a head gasket and torching a head that needed some weld
repair.
With
these issues and a few others sidelining me for some races we had a
difficult time gaining momentum until the end of this season. Our 2007 season will be
busy with lots of traveling and racing with a number of different
sanctioning bodies thanks to our
“major sponsor”
giving us the ability to attend many events we were never able to before.

We will be competing in the
Pacific Street Car Association Series,
the NHRA
 Summit Racing Series, American
Nostalgia Racing Association Series, and a number of special
events through out the year.
After winning back to back
championships in 2003 and 2004 in the California Classics Series at Los
Angeles County Raceway and the 2004 Good Guys Vintage Racing Association
Championship in
Hot Rod Eliminator, winning the 2005 Fuel & Gas Finals Championship in
Nostalgia Eliminator III
and just missing winning the ANRA Nostalgia Eliminator III title in
2005, we are
hungry to win another series and will do our best to fulfill that goal for
2007. See you at the races!
